We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here is exactly where we stand.
Before your order goes to a grower— full refund
You may cancel for any reason, and we will refund you in full. No questions, no explanation needed. Just write to us at shalom@promisedlandtrees.com.
After your order goes to a farm — no refund
Once we send your order to a farm, we pay that farm. The money is no longer ours to return; it is already in the hands of the people who will plant your tree. For that reason we cannot refund after this point. Orders are usually sent to a farm within 12-24 hours of purchase.
If a tree does not survive — no refund
If your tree is never planted — we make it right
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please write to us before contacting your bank. We would far rather fix it ourselves — and in almost every case, we can.
If, for any reason, a tree you paid for is not planted, that is our failure and not an act of nature. We will either arrange the planting with another farm, or refund you in full. Your choice.
Trees are living organisms, planted outdoors by working farms. Drought, disease, weather, and circumstances beyond anyone's control are part of working the land. We cannot refund, and we cannot promise a replacement, for a tree lost to nature.
What we can tell you is that your dedication was honored: a tree was planted, and cared for, in your name.
